ResFAX® / ResMail®
All About Travel offers ResFax/ResMail technology so that your Travel Arrangers and/or travelers have the option to receive all flight and fare information via fax or E-mail. Instead of listing or transcribing multiple flight and fare options, our travel counselors can send a detailed "Flight Options Listing" through our automated product, ResFAX® / ResMail®. You simply call or e-mail us with general details of a desired trip. Within minutes, a document will be faxed listing complete flight and fare options to the individual requesting the information.
ResFAX / ResMail "Flight Options Listing" contains:
- Intended travel dates and city pairs
- Up to six outbound flight choices including departure and arrival times, carrier, flights numbers, meals, equipment, number of stops, on-time performance rating and flight duration
- Up to six return flight choices including departure and arrival times, carrier, flight number, meals, equipment, number of stops, on-time performance rating and flight duration
- A fare matrix containing fares for each outbound and return combination, with the lowest fares highlighted in BOLD print.
- Translation of airport or city codes
Flight options can be confirmed by either calling All About Travel at (913) 671-7700 or advising us via e-mail regarding preferred your flight selections.
