The most beneficial characteristics of our new Travel Management Reporting System are as follows:
- TravelManager Module — Provides fast, flexible custom reporting. Allows graphs and graph types on the same report from multiple data sources. Pre and post trip data can be included on the same report, plus access to any ODBC compliant database such as T&E, on-line booking or internal accounting databases. Includes origin and destination reporting by trip or by market with over 58 million city-pair combinations with mileage and segment values. The TravelManager database contains a library of report templates including graphical Executive Summaries. Data can be exported in multiple formats (spreadsheet, text file, etc.)
- COBRA (Corporate On-line Back-office Report Adminstrator)— COBRA allows on-line, real-time access to travel data for customized reporting and interactive transactional analysis including drill down capabilities. COBRA distributes powerful, graphical reports worldwide via the Internet using popular browsers such as MS Explorer or Netscape Navigator. Reports can be accessed by users and downloaded in Adobe’s Portable Document Formats (PDF Files), printed from the screen, saved to a file or forwarded in an e-mail message. All data is password protected with Verisign Secure Second Layer encryption. COBRA uses Sybase SQL Server System 11 with a travel industry standardized database.
